Marylhurst wanted to inject new life into an annual fundraising event by switching from a traditional sit-down dinner to a strolling cocktail party. They asked me to create a program and invitation with a fresh aesthetic to reinforce the fun but elegant mood of the event.

The Art Gym at Marylhurst University, a university art gallery, needed to document group exhibitions in a comprehensive yet affordable way. I created these trifold catalogues to showcase each artist's work along with the curator's statement.

For The Art Gym, a university art gallery, I developed a simple logo that could be used in positive or reverse, in a variety of colors. For certain items, such as the Baggu bag and wooden bookmark shown here, I created an additional logomark based on The Art Gym's iconic windows.
I created this 36-page catalogue to document Ben Buswell's solo exhibition "I Do Not Belong to the Sky" at The Art Gym at Marylhurst University. The catalogue was developed in collaboration with the artist to complement the style and themes of his work, including mirroring and intensive surface manipulation.

I oversaw all aspects of the creation of this comprehensive 36-page product catalog while employed as Brand Manager and Lead Graphic Designer at Lensbaby, a manufacturer of camera lenses that create special effects.
The goals of the project were: 1. To help consumers navigate a complex and idiosyncratic system of interchangeable lenses, optics and accessories. 2. To educate consumers about the effects produced by the lenses and the correct method of using the lenses, 3. To provide a sales tool for retail and trade shows, that would entice customers with beautiful photography, artfully presented.

I shared Graphic Design duties with Carolyn Cosgriff.
